Your data and who handles it
What Little Worker keeps, what it never does with it, and the companies that help provide the service.
Updated
In short
- Little Worker does not sell your personal information, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.
- It keeps what it needs for your account: your sign-in email, your workspace content, your billing details (Stripe holds your card), and what each to-do cost.
- Workers are AI. To do a to-do, a worker sends the parts of your workspace that it needs to an AI provider. Little Worker does not use your workspace content to train AI systems.
- Crash reports leave out the text you write. In the Mac and iPhone apps you can turn them off.
The Privacy Policy is the full text, and it governs.
Who does the AI work
Depending on the choice for each to-do, the work goes to one of the AI providers the Privacy Policy names. One of them passes the request on to the provider it names.
If you add your own key for a provider, the work goes to that provider under your own account with it.
Other companies that help
Each may use your data only to do its job for Little Worker:
- Cloudflare: hosting, the network, file storage, and email.
- PlanetScale: the database.
- Hetzner: the servers where workers do to-dos.
- Browserbase: the browser each worker uses on websites, its saved sign-ins, and recordings of its sessions, kept for 30 days.
- Stripe: payments.
- Sentry: crash and error reports.
- Google, Apple and GitHub: sign-in.
- Google: Google Calendar and YouTube, when you connect them.
- Apple: notifications to the iPhone app.
- Modal and Firecrawl: getting the audio and text of a video link you add.
- Parallel and Brave: the web searches workers make, and the web pages they read.
- Two AI providers, named in the Privacy Policy: turning what you say into words.
The Privacy Policy has the complete list, with a link to each company's own privacy policy.
