Common questions
A page does not open. Reload the page first. If it still does not open, email support with the page you were on, what you did and a screenshot.
How do I update the Mac app? The app checks for updates by itself. To check now, choose Check for Updates from the app's menu in the menu bar.
How do I stop notifications on my iPhone? Open the iPhone Settings app, tap Notifications, then Little Worker, and turn them off. Little Worker then cannot tell you when a worker needs you.
A charge looks wrong. Email support@thelittleworker.com within 30 days of the charge.
I cannot sign in and want to delete my account. Email support@thelittleworker.com from the address you sign in with and ask to delete your account.
