Receipts and invoices

Find an invoice

1. In the web app, open Settings, then Subscription.
2. Look under Billing history. Each row has the date, the amount and its state.
3. Click View on a row, or View All… for every invoice.

Your invoices open at Stripe, which handles payments for Little Worker. Invoices appear after the first charge.

On the Mac, open Settings, then Cost and Subscription, and click Manage Billing to open the web app.

Change the details on your invoices

1. Open Settings, then Subscription.
2. Under Billing information, beside Invoices and details, click Edit….

Add or change your card

1. Open Settings, then Subscription.
2. Under Payment methods, click Add Card…, or Edit… to change the card you have.

Stripe keeps your card. Little Worker keeps only the kind of payment method, its last four digits, and the IDs Stripe gives your payment records.

Tax

Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law asks for it. Prices on the Pricing page are before tax.

How long billing records are kept

Billing records are kept for 7 years as tax law requires, even after you delete your account.
