Email support@thelittleworker.com. A person reads every message, and most messages get an answer within a few business days.

What to include
- The email address you sign in with.
- Where it happened: the web, the Mac app, or the iPhone app, and the app version if you know it.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you can.
Never send a password or a payment card number. Support never asks for them.

- A charge that looks wrong: support@thelittleworker.com, within 30 days of the charge.
- A security problem, or if you think someone used your account: security@thelittleworker.com.
- A copy of your data, or another privacy request: privacy@thelittleworker.com.
