What data apps share
What each connected app lets workers read and do, where that data goes, and how Little Worker keeps it.

What connecting gives Little Worker
When you connect an app, Little Worker keeps the access that app grants, so workers can read from it and act in it as you allow. Little Worker never sees your password for the app.
The access Google gives when you connect a Google app is kept apart from your other data, in a separate store or encrypted with its key kept apart from the database.
What each app shares
- Google Workspace. Little Worker asks Google for access to your calendar events: to see and add them, or only to see them, depending on where you connect it. A worker can list the events on your main calendar and add an event to it. Little Worker does not ask for access to Gmail.
- YouTube. Little Worker asks to read your YouTube channel and its numbers. It reads your channel's subscriber count, its click rates, how much of your videos people watch, and the titles and links of your newest videos. What it reads is never kept more than 30 days without being read again. By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- X. Workers can read your X account and posts. They can publish a post or a thread only after you allow its exact text.
- GitHub. Workers can read the repositories you choose, including private ones: files, issues, pull requests, commits and checks. They cannot change anything in GitHub.
- Notion. Workers can read and write pages and databases.
- Stripe. Workers can read payments, customers, subscriptions and payouts. Changes ask you first.
- Sentry. Workers can read errors, releases and traces. They cannot change anything in Sentry.
- Cloudflare. Workers can read traffic totals for your sites. They cannot change anything in Cloudflare.
Each app's page in Apps lists everything the app can do under Details.
Where that data goes
- To the AI for a to-do. To do a to-do, a worker sends the part of what it read that the to-do needs, such as an event's title and time, to the AI that does the work. With your own AI key, it goes to that company under your account with it.
- To your workspace. What a worker read can show in to-dos, chats, Updates and Goals. People in your workspace can see it there.
- To the people you choose. The people a worker invites to an event get that invitation, and another app you connect gets what you ask a worker to send there.
What Little Worker never does
- Sell data from your apps.
- Use it or share it for advertising.
- Use your workspace content or Google user data to train AI.
People at Little Worker do not read your Google user data, except data you clearly agree to let them see, such as when you ask for help, what is needed to look into a security problem, and what the law requires.
See what workers did
Each app's page has Recent Actions, a list of what workers did in that app, newest first.
