A to-do list with a team

Little Worker is a to-do list where AI workers do to-dos for you. You write a to-do down, give it to a worker, and the worker does the work.

Your first worker is Lou. You can add more workers to your team, each with its own job.

How it works

  1. Write a to-do on Today.
  2. Give it to a worker, such as Give to Lou.
  3. The worker gets to work. You can watch each step in its chat.
  4. When the worker needs you, the to-do shows under Needs You, with what it needs: Allow, Answer or Help.
  5. When the work is finished, the task is Done, with its result. If the result is not right, choose Send Back and say what should change.

Workers ask before they do something that matters, such as sending, paying, posting or deleting. You decide what each worker may do.

Where you can use it

  • On the web. Go to app.thelittleworker.com and sign in.
  • On a Mac. Get the Mac app from the Download page. With the Mac app, workers can also do steps on your Mac, when you allow it.
  • On iPhone. The iPhone app is coming to the App Store. Until then, open Little Worker in Safari on your iPhone.

Each place shows the same workspace, so a to-do you start on one shows on the others.

Workers are AI

Every worker is an AI, not a person, even when it has a human name. AI can be wrong, so check results before you use, send or publish them.

What it costs

You can start free with your own AI, or choose a subscription that includes the AI work. See Pricing for the subscriptions and what each one includes.
