Get the app
The iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store. Until then, open app.thelittleworker.com in Safari on your iPhone.
The app needs iOS 26 or later.
The app has the same choices as the web and the Mac: Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, Continue with GitHub, or your email address and Continue with Email.
With email, Little Worker sends a 6-digit code and opens Check Your Email. The code can fill in from Mail. If it does not arrive, tap Send New Code, or Use a Different Email.
Use the same sign-in as on your other devices, and you see the same workspace, team and to-dos.
Find your way around
- The tabs are Today, Goals, Chats and Routines. Touch and hold a tab in the sidebar to change the order.
- Tap Show Sidebar at the top left to see your workspace, your newest chats, Settings, Search and New To-Do.
- The bar above the tabs writes down a new to-do. Tap its mic to say it instead.
- Routines lists each worker's routines. On iPhone you can turn Repeat off and on. To make or change a routine, use the Mac or the web.
Outside the app
- Notifications tell you when a worker needs you, with Allow and Don't Allow on a request and Reply on a question.
- The Today widget shows the first thing that needs you, with its action, or your next to-dos and New To-Do.
- Lock Screen widgets show your main worker's face, with how many of today's to-dos are done.
- While a worker is busy, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows the task and its steps. When a step waits for you, it can show Allow and Don't Allow, or Open Chat. A locked iPhone asks for Face ID first.
- The New To-Do, Tell Lou and Needs You controls work in Control Center, on the Lock Screen, and on the Action button.
Settings
Tap Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. It leads with your account:
- Account has your workspaces, Sign Out and Delete Account.
- Apps lists the apps your workers can use.
- Usage shows how much of your subscription is used, as a percent, and when it frees up.
- AI Access shows whether workers use Little Worker AI or your own AI, and connects your own key.
- Appearance, Notifications and Haptics are there too.
To start, change or cancel a subscription, use the web app.
