Use your own AI on Free
Connect a key from an AI account you already have, and pay that company directly.

How Free works
Free includes no Little Worker AI. Your workers use a key from your own account with an AI company. That company bills you for the AI, and Little Worker charges nothing.
Free holds:
- 5 work units a month, on your own AI. They come back when the next month starts.
- 1 worker.
- 1 routine, which repeats at most once a week.
Connect your key on the web
- Open Settings, then AI Access.
- Under Your own AI, click Connect beside the key you have, such as your Claude key or your OpenAI key. Or use Connect your own AI and choose the Account.
- Paste your key in Key, then click Connect.
When it works, the row shows the key's last 4 characters. Remove takes the key away. If a key stops working, its row offers Connect Again.
Connect your key on iPhone
- Tap Settings in the sidebar, then AI Access.
- Tap your key under Your Own AI.
- Tap Paste, check the ending against your key, then tap Connect.
The page says where to get each key, in plain words. A new account can also tap Use Your Own AI on the first screen.
When work stops on Free
- With no key, work stops with "Work stopped: your team needs AI to work." Choose Use Your Own AI to connect one, or choose a subscription.
- When the month's 5 work units are used, work stops until the next month starts. Choose a subscription to keep going.
Your key on a paid subscription
You can keep using your own key on any subscription. Work on your own AI does not count toward a subscription's limit and costs nothing here.
How your key is kept
Little Worker keeps your key in a separate protected store and uses it only to send your work to that AI company. The work goes to that company under your own account with it.
